Liminal Spaces
A horizon of becoming...Where discomfort and ambiguity meets growth and positivity
You’re already walking down the path of wellness. You’re here, reading Liminal Spaces, an independent non-judgmental online social enterprise on mental wellness exploring life's uncomfortable transitions, created by me, - Anannya, a community author, aka Student Of Life, dedicated to inspiring and empowering you to live a purposeful and fulfilling life you aspire to. Liminality as a concept is important in understanding the process of change. It is an in-between place, regardless of being physical or metaphorical. More often than not, because it confronts us with the unknown, it generates considerable anxiety.
I am well acquainted with this gap. In fact, you could say that I have taken up permanent residence there. Pointing my ship towards my north star has more often than not resulted me in staying docked. For some reason, I cant put out to sea what I am truly trying to actualize. This journaling project is thus a means of distilling my meandering life into one that is meaningful, where I can channel wisdom through written words.
This site covers a range of topics for both lay and professional readership. I hope that the content strikes a chord with you somewhere as you navigate the site. Do give me feedback as you read, so that we can grow together. If you have any questions or feedback or just want to say hello, you can find me on <> and reach out any time <>. I’d love to hear from you.
